We use GoHighLevel (HighLevel, Inc.) as our customer relationship management, forms, e-signature, scheduling, and messaging platform. Information you submit through our forms, documents, and communications is stored and processed in GoHighLevel on our behalf.

- Contact and inquiry forms: name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message.
- Enrollment and consent documents: when you complete the Student Agreement, Video Release, Parental Consent, or other forms, we collect information such as your name, date of birth, mailing address, emergency contact, electronic signature, and, for students under 18, the name and signature of a parent or guardian.
- Health and safety information: allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions you choose to disclose so we can keep you safe during practical training. We only ask for what is needed for training safety.
- Payment information: payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details (such as the last four digits of a card) but do not store full card numbers.
- Attendance and academic records: sign-in and sign-out times, hours completed, grades, and instructor feedback, which we are required to keep as a licensed training program.
- Photos and video: if you sign a video release, we may record or photograph you during training.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring links.
- Cookies and similar technologies, including tracking pixels used by GoHighLevel and standard web analytics, which help us understand how the site is used and, where you have consented, attribute inquiries to marketing campaigns.

Students under 18
Students under 18 may enroll only with a signed Parental Consent form. We collect a minor's information only with a parent's or guardian's authorization and for the purposes of training and safety. This website and our marketing are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us information without consent, contact us and we will delete it.
Data retention and security
We keep student records, signed agreements, and attendance and hour logs for as long as required by Hawaiʻi licensing rules and our record-keeping obligations, and generally for a minimum of several years after you leave the program. Inquiry data from people who do not enroll is kept for a reasonable period so we can follow up, then deleted or anonymized.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including the security measures built into GoHighLevel and our payment processor. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to certain uses, by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information we are legally required to keep, such as enrollment agreements and hour logs. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Changes and contact
